Technology Company
PromoHUB — Unified Pricing Platform
The problem
Technology Company's pricing operations across multiple platforms were fragmented across disconnected systems, creating revenue leakage, slow market response, and a breakdown of trust between the pricing, finance, and sales teams that depended on that data every day.
What we did
We designed a unified pricing system used across multiple internal teams, focused on transparency, automation, and real-time accuracy. The goal was to give everyone working with pricing data one reliable place to operate from, with confidence in what they were seeing.
The outcome
PromoHUB reduced manual workflows, restored trust in pricing decisions across teams, and laid the foundation for a scalable pricing ecosystem inside one of the world's largest technology companies.

Dasa
Nav – Integrated Health Platform
The problem
Dasa, Brazil's largest diagnostic network, needed to shift healthcare from a disease-centered model to
a people-centered one. Patients had no unified way to access their health data, schedule appointments,
or consult with doctors. The result was fragmentation, confusion, and missed care at scale.
What we did
We led the design and evolution of Nav's core platform services, working across the full product design journey in close collaboration with product and engineering teams. Every decision was made with three things in mind: feasibility, scalability, and genuine usefulness to the people navigating their health.
The outcome
Nav became the connective tissue of Brazil's largest healthcare ecosystem, giving millions of patients
real autonomy over their health journey, with a clear and intuitive experience from exam results
to online consultations.

Azul Airlines
Disruption – Contingency Platform
The problem
When flights are disrupted, every second counts. Azul's teams were managing contingencies across four disconnected tools, leading to slow decisions, inconsistent responses, and significant impact on passengers. They needed one system built around the complexity and urgency of real-time disruption management.
What we did
We designed the full platform experience with a focus on speed, accuracy, and operational clarity. Every screen was built around the specific decisions crews and coordinators need to make under pressure with clear information hierarchy and fast paths to resolution at every step.
The outcome
The platform reduced operational friction significantly, enabled faster and more consistent resolutions for affected passengers, and saved millions in annual costs. It became a single source of truth for disruption, trusted by the teams that rely on it most.
